Hello,
We are in the process of validating a true need for a service to assist teams with crafting and completing successful treasury proposals, so they can focus on building. We would love to hear about your experience with this proposal. If you are willing to take a few minutes, please fill out this form about your experience with the OpenGov treasury proposal process: https://forms.gle/MwDij4adXEQd7Um79
Feel free to leave out any details that your team is not comfortable with sharing, but the more info you can provide, the better we will be able to assess the potential need for our services.

I would strongly encourage to move away from abyssal cost that GCP represents, there are ways to reduce these kind of invoices by 5x to 10x
Hi there, thanks for your suggestion. I am the DevOps engineer of Subscan. Do you have any specific recommendations for the alternative platform of GCP? We would be happy to hear your thoughts and reduce the bills by 5x.
Hey Subscan! Please join us on AAG if you wish!

Subscan also provides services to the Encointer network on Kusama. As this is a Polkadot treasury proposal, this may seem off-topic, but we'd like to have a discussion on the decentralization of common good chains in general. And we'd like to give a suggestion to subscan for their next treasury proposal.
As we write this comment, the Encointer association pays for subscan's services directly through an invoice. We think this is not how it should be and we'd like to publicly request from subscan to include the encointer network along with their own treasury proposals for other common good / relay chains.
The reasoning is: The subscan indexer is an important part of the encointer dev experience. If the encointer ecosystem is to be decentralized, it is not a good setup that essential services are paid by a legal entity which can be censored or disappear (the Encointer association).
@encointer It's a good topic, and we'd love to hear opinions from council and community!
