## Decentralized Collaboration

Under the exection environment of blockchain, collaboration steps are stored as transactions in block. People send transaction when they start a collaboration, update the progress, and close the collaboration. No one can change the collaboration history when the correponding collboration transactions are finalized, while this is very important for reputation building.

## Collaboration Mining

Most of users' data now lives in the central server of big companies. These companies earn profit from this data while users' data worth actually value.

User should benifit from their own data.

In OpenSquare, users can get reward from their collaboration.

- Council who handle the platform routine business

### Who will get reward in OpenSquare

- Collaborators: collaboration participants, most include the above roles, and proportion of each collaborator is decided by their cotribution to the platform. More collaborations, more mining power.
- Validators who maintain the network security.
- Treasury which will be used for platform development.
- Council

Collaboration mining by OpenSquare Network

As we know that Statemine is the first parachain of Kusama, serveral teams have created assets on it. To help community better view asset lifecycle, asset transfers, teleports and some statistics, OpenSquare developed [Statescan](https://www.statescan.io/) with the fund from Kusama treasury. Now we are very happly to announce the 1st delivery.

## Main features

### Asset detail

Asset info is the most important part on Statescan. We can check the basic info, together with the transfers, holders, statistics and the asset timeline. Please check [here](https://statemine.statescan.io/asset/69420) for an example asset.

We suggest the timeline tab for community to better understand how asset on Statemine works. Usually the asset owner have to create, set metadata, mint before doing transfers and other business.

### Teleport records
KSM is the gas token for Statemine, so we have to teleport some KSMs before we call extrinsics while of course we can teleport the KSM back from Statemine to Kusama. The history records are important for users, and just click [here](https://statemine.statescan.io/teleports) to check the history teleport records.

A problem is that currently we didn't scan the corresponding teleport in Kusama so we can't give the kusama settled height when we teleport KSM from Statemine to Kusama, but will implement it in the future.

### Account detail

Account detail is very important in most explorers. Currently on Statescan account detail page you can see:
- Account basic info like identity, native token(KSM) status and nonce
- Accont assets holdings
- Transfers including both KSM and created assets
- Account signed extrinsics
- Account related teleport records

## Other features
Statescan include features most explorers have:
- Home page with the latest blocks, transfers, popular assets and a search box you can search asset, address, etc.
- Block, extrinsic and event list page.
- Block, extrinsic and event detail page.
- Accounts and transfers list page.
- Asset list page.

## Future plans
Currently there are seems no official assets announced and the transfers are not active, but let's track the status and keep improving it. Some improvement points are:
- Better filter for extrinsics/events/assets.
- Better analytics for asset.
- Better teleport analysis and maybe other XCM messages.

## Cooperation and collaboration
OpenSquare proposed the [#115](https://www.dotreasury.com/ksm/proposals/115) treasury proposal to kusama treasury and it passed the council vote. We will add NFT features to statescan with this fund.

OpenSquare finished the 1st phase development and delivered it to web3 foundation, waiting for review.

OpenSquare's work in 10.2021

In [last post](https://app.subsocial.network/1327/posts/158), we introduced collaboration mining in [OpenSquare Network](https://www.opensquare.network/).  Reputation building is another key feature of OpenSquare.

## Build reputation from users' collaboration data

OpenSquare first is a platform to facilitate users' collaborations. There maybe  many collaboration ways and we can track users' behavior in the collaboration process. For example:
- A hunter don't submit the task on time
- Funder or hunter get a good remark from each other
- A funder pay the task fee in a very late time

Blockchain keep the collaboration data open and can not be changed, and this make it possible for us to track them and build the reputation in a trustable way.

## Reputation scores

We define behaviors in OpenSquare. Each behavior will have a corresponding reputation score. When users' behavior data grows, the reputations are built from these behaviors data. There will be 3 kinds of reputation scores.

### Behaivor score

It's a simple sum up of users' behaivor scores, and it has no range limitation. So the value is in (-∞, +∞). 

### General score

We normalize the behavior score to value range (0, 100) to help user to judge the reputation score. It will be useful for example when a funder want to compare reputation between hunters.

### Feature scores

Human being may have many personality characters, and each may be involved with different kinds of behaviors. So user can sum up the scores of a group of behaviors, and we call it feature scores.

## How reputation can be used

We build reputation from collaboration, and then the reputation will help collaboration in return. The reputation will be used in following ways.

- Task funders can choose target hunters by their reputation score
- Task hunters will follow funders with higher reputation score
- Users' with higher reputation will be recommaned more by OpenSquare to collaboration partners
- Polkadot ecosysem para-chains can query users' reputation score and do customized services

2 months ago, OpenSquare start a [discussion](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/352) on polkassembly which propose to extend kusama treasury with remark and reputation building. After some explanation and clarification to our ideas, our [treasury proposal for M1](https://www.dotreasury.com/proposals/58) was approved.

Now we are very happy to announce that we have successfully finished our work and deliver [dotreasury](https://www.dotreasury.com/). We can see it now as a treasury explorer for Kusama.

### Main features 

#### Overview

On the overview page, we can get the kusama treasury overview, including:
- Proposal/tip/bounty active and finished count
- Treasury output distribution
- Top proposal beneficiaries
- Top tip finders

#### Expense list and detail page

Expense means proposals, tips and bounties. We show the list and details of them. Good features we provided:
- We show the related links on the expense list, so users can get them directly.
- We show the timeline of each expense. For example, we can get the motions for corresponding proposals.

### Future plans

- Support remarks. With this feature, either community or token holders can express their opinions to each expense.
- Support polkadot.
- Treasury funded projects page. With this, users can remark the target funded projects which may cost several proposals.
