On August 18, OpenSwap and BinanciansVN together organized an AMA session to introduce OpenSwap - An Integrated One-Stop DeFi Hub Aiming to Revolutionize On-Chain Liquidity on Binance Smart Chain.

During the AMA, Bruce Chau - Founder of OpenSwap introduced OpenSwap and their upcoming features as well as development strategies. Besides, he also revealed more information about their whitelist event this August.
 
This AMA was held in BinanciansVN Telegram Group with a great amount of interest from the community, and many interesting questions were answered by Bruce. 

# Below is a summary of the outstanding questions and answers from the AMA session.

**1. Every successful project has a few stories behind the scenes, what's the story behind OpenSwap success? What was that vision when it first emerged as an idea? Are there any special prototypes or upcoming OpenSwap updates that you want to share with us?**

**Bruce:** 

Our story started about a year ago, we noticed that as the DeFi universe continues to expand, liquidity will only be increasingly scattered across multiple chains and the situation is poised to get worse as more new chains emerge with individual DEXes on each chain.

On-chain trading and liquidity lacks the flexibility and choice found in centralized options. This is a problem that we at OpenSwap aim to solve by introducing new technologies and concepts such as liquidity queues, hybrid smart routing and interchain liquidity swaps.

We present this to the community through partnerships with other projects and with our own DeFi hub - OpenSwap, where we will be able to off the best on-chain pricing, multi-chain arbitrate opportunities, and swaps at zero slippage (something not available in the current market)

**2. I read that, as a complement to AMM swaps, OpenSwap has introduced Liquidity Queues offering spot market trades based on a Secure Adaptor Protocol, however, what are the true benefits of these queues? Besides, How do they perform trade-time security checks on underlying assets?**

**Bruce:**

The true benefits of Liquidity Queues is providing users with spot-market priced swaps with no slippage. Spot Queues use an oracle price feed as the reference price to execute swaps. The Secure Adapter Protocol provides a framework for developers of price adapter contracts to add circuit breakers to mitigate risks for users. The core circuit breaker is a smart contract audit and issuance of a security score by CertiK Skynet that continuously scans the price adapter contract for vulnerabilities. OpenSwap decentralized governance determines the minimum security score required and checks are performed at swap time. 

Other circuit breakers may be included such as trade size limits and oracle price deviations from secondary price feeds such as AMM pool ratios. Spot Queues will be launched with price adapters using price feeds from Chainlink oracles with price deviation checks against PancakeSwap pool ratios.

Developers may add new circuit breakers to the price adapter contracts and any changes to the contracts must be proposed and voted in by the community through our decentralized governance portal. As you can see, we are a community driven project!

**3. What is the main goal that OpenSwap wants to achieve this year? What will OpenSwap look like after 2021? Can you explain the future the group describes?**

**Bruce:**

Our team is focused on launching a new way to provide liquidity through our Liquidity Queues. These are the building blocks for our ultimate goal of providing interchain swaps in 2022. Liquidity queues will initially be deployed on BSC, followed by ETH and other EVM compatible chains such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Moonbeam on DOT, etc. We are looking forward to the new year as we introduce the Open Interchain Protocol that will enable end-to-end swaps for tokens across different chains.

Imagine a world where you will be able to swap USDT on ETH into BNB on BSC, receiving native assets without the need of taking extra steps to get your synthetic token into the real native one. OpenSwap believes in a future with interchain swaps where users have the freedom to choose liquidity sources from any chain.

**4. Which market are you focusing on? How do you rate the Vietnam market? Do you have any plans to develop in the Vietnam market?**

**Bruce:**

OpenSwap will initially be launched on BSC, so we are currently focused on users on this chain. One of the main contributing regions is actually Vietnam and we have garnered a lot of interest from the Vietnam communities already. Our metrics also show that the majority of our visitors to OpenSwap are from this region.

**5. What is the $OSWAP token used for? How can I get the $OSWAP token? What are the benefits of holding $OSWAP token?**

**Bruce:** 

The OpenSwap protocol will issue a governance token called $OSWAP as part of the protocol's release. People can obtain OSWAP tokens through purchasing them at our IDO or earning them via our staking page on openswap.xyz.

At the moment, we have two on-going staking campaigns where users can stake $IF or $C98 and earn OSWAP tokens.

The token will be established as an ERC20 token, and will be bridged to Binance Smart Chain to enable the governance of the BSC version of OpenSwap during the initial launch.

The OSWAP token will be able to be used for the following purposes:
- For liquidity providers, they can stake OSWAP into Liquidity Queues to increase the priority of their liquidity, prioritizing their earnings for trade fees.
- Node operators for the inter-chain bridge can stake OSWAP to earn the eligibility to be a bridge troll, and earn fees as assets cross the bridge.
- Yield farming by providing liquidity for OSWAP pools as well as other contests.
- For users to participate in governance by staking OSWAP to create proposals or vote on risk parameters for the protocol.

**6. What kind of partnerships with different projects/platforms/protocols can we expect from #OpenSwap in the future? Could you give us some examples of how other projects can leverage #OpenSwap?** 

**Bruce:**

If you have been following our news, we are most excited about our current partnership with Impossible Finance (congrats to their team on the IDIA launch) and Coin98, an all in one DeFi Platform that shares the same values and vision of a multichain future. Our team will continue to build up our partnership network with a focus on wallet providers, liquidity providers, and DEX aggregators. OpenSwap would like to enable other projects to leverage our Liquidity Queues to provide attractive prices and return on their swaps.

**7. Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project? What are the benefits of Holding token?**

**Bruce:**

Governance of the OpenSwap platform is done through a decentralized voting process that is carried out by $OSWAP holders through 2 types of votes.

Poll Proposals: These are proposals that OSWAP holders can create to establish guidance on how the governance community feels about certain directions. These are time-based proposals where the option with the most votes wins. It should be emphasized that these polls serve only as "guidance" and do not enact any changes on the platform.

Executive Proposals: These are typically created as a result of a Poll vote result. OSWAP holders will be asked to vote again on whether they agree to execute a change to the system based on a proposed executive action or maintain the system state as it is. In order for an executive proposal to be implemented, a quorum must be achieved representing a certain amount of OSWAP tokens to ensure it has the blessing of an overwhelming majority of the community. Such proposals are also time-bound and if there is insufficient support, the proposal is aborted.

Any OSWAP holder may participate in governance once their stake surpasses the minimum duration required. A minimum amount of staked OSWAP tokens is required to create Polls and Executive Proposals.

**8. Can anonymous transactions be performed on the OpenSwap network to hide transaction details to help protect the confidentiality of user information and tokens?**

**Bruce:**

Well, decentralized exchanges (DEX) operate on a peer-to-peer basis anyways, users can have their transaction take place securely and without the need for an intermediary. However, DEXes would always have certain drawbacks, with the main ones being price slippage and front running. But these won't be an issue with OpenSwap...we'd essentially be the only zero slippage DEX on the market and since spot liquidity queues always execute based on a reference price feed from an oracle, frontrunning will not be possible since trades would not affect the reference price. As we are a DEX, we do not take any user information and do not store any user data.

# In the live questions section, Bruce did answer several short questions from the BinanciansVN community.

**1. What is your marketing strategy and how can you go global and apply for your project without speaking English? What are your upcoming priorities? Please tell me what is your road map?**

**Bruce:**

Our priorities are to IDO at the end of summer so that $OSWAP will be available to be used for our Spot Priority Queues where users may stake OSWAP to gain priority for their liquidity to be swapped against first. We will be introducing other types of Liquidity Queues with more utility for OSWAP on multiple chains. The end game is to reduce the friction of moving digital assets between different chains and our Open Interchain Protocol will achieve this in 2022!

**Bruce:**

**1. Can you tell us about the motivations and benefits for holding  $CYS token in the long term? What plans to drive demand and token scarcity?**

**Shardul**

We have a number of mechanisms built into the utility which allow holders to benefit from the growth of the platform, in a similar way to CAKE or QUICK. A portion of the swap fees and platform profits are used to conduct open market buyback and burns of the CYS token. Holders who lock their tokens for longer will receive a higher reward. 

In addition to this, CYS token holders can use the swap at almost no cost, (CYS reduces swap fees).

**2. For any project, its development is 90% dependent on how strong its team is. I have seen many projects fail, due to the lack of skills, experience and knowledge of the team. So, with Cyclos, is the team qualified to achieve all your goals?**

**Daniel**

To put it shortly- we live and breathe crypto. The best predictor of future events is past behavior. I (Daniel) am former Binance Research (2 years). 

Even before that, since 2017, I was in the crypto space, with my publications used as the premier signal for sorting out quality projects. These experiences gave me an unprecedented view on what factors make a project succeed in the long term in this space. 

My partner, Shardul, embodies this same ethos when it comes to technical skills. He has been developing Web3 dApps non-stop for several years now, and has been recognized by numerous Hackathons for his work.

**3. Today, DEX is in high demand for many traders. Furthermore,there are already more popular DEX than Cyclos like Uniswap or SerumDex. What plan do you have to compete with them, to increase demand for DEX and make Cyclos the best DEX?**

**Shardul**

To make this point clear, we are not competing with Serum DEX. Liquidity that is supplied via our platform, is then placed onto Serum. In this way, we are actually competing with other platforms, such as Raydium or Bonfida, not Serum. And here, the main differentiator is that Cyclos makes LP capital vastly more competitive. 

As for Uniswap, we offer a number of advantages. The first is lower gas fees, so it is cheaper to use Cyclos and change your concentrated liquidity positions. It also incentivizes users to concentrate their positions around much tighter price points, because there is no gas cost trade off for doing so. Next, we use order books, which are more capital efficient than the alternative. Compared to Uniswap, which requires fixed rations of capital to be deposited (50/50, 70/30 for example), Cyclos allows users to deposit capital in any ration they like, which is more convenient and flexible. Finally, we will be incentivizing users to come to the platform through liquidity mining.

**4. I love how this project emphasizes the necessity of community involvement. It's something I believe many projects need. How can we, as early investors, truly assist the project's growth? What different roles can we participate in from supplying liquidity to general participation?**

**Daniel**

We really appreciate this question because it is all about building community. The first obvious answer, as you allude to, yourself, is playing with the platform and providing liquidity. 

Gas fees will not be a barrier to entry, so we encourage the community to acquaint themselves with how depositing liquidity works on Cyclos, once we release the concentrated liquidity function in the next few weeks. 

But secondly, we will be running several bounty campaigns for community members to create tutorials (written and video) in their own languages to explain to others how to utilize the platform and the advantages it has. We feel this is a crucial piece for harnessing the power of our amazing community.

**5. Many projects promise a long-term plan, big mission and great success in future but never release any working product or revenue. What makes your project different from these projects? Could you share some big achievements that you get in 2021?**

**Shardul**

What makes us different, is that Cyclos Swap is already live, and our concentrated liquidity market maker is already on testnet. In fact, we will be launching the v1 in the next couple of weeks, after the public sale. We think those are pretty big milestones.

**6. I'm curious about the name Cyclos . Why did you choose this name? Can you explain to everyone the meaning behind the name Cyclos ?**

**Daniel**

Cyclos comes from the Ancient Greek word, kúklos, meaning circle. 

We chose this name as it embodies the positive feedback loop the platform encourages by delivering depth of trading volume. 

As more LPs contribute depth, over breadth, more traders can execute bigger, more frequent trades. This, in turn, rewards the LPs, who then have their liquidity automatically reinvested back into the order books (a feature unique to our platform).

This virtuous cycle will transform the quality of trading on Solana for all stakeholders involved at each point in the process by elevating what is possible in terms of both trading volume and capital efficiency.

**7. How do you feel about the Vietnamese market and Vietnamese users? Is this a suitable market for Cyclos  development? Do you have plans to develop Viet Nam community after this AMA?**

**Shardul**

We feel very positive about the Vietnamese community. Since the founders are both from crypto, and myself specifically, from Binance, we know how important and influential the Vietnamese community is in the crypto space. We have a particular affinity for our Vietnamese community because we know there is a huge amount of curiosity and open-mindedness about exploring new ways to create value among Vietnamese crypto and defi users. You guys are on the cutting-edge of development in this space, and so we want to do everything we can to reach more Vietnamese users and tighten the bonds with the ones we already have. In fact, we’d like to launch support for our products in Vietnamese as well.

**8. I understand what are the objectives and solutions proposed by Cyclos, but in addition to this, what will be the products that the Cyclos platform will have? And also when will each of them be available for the community?**

**Daniel**

Great question. Our v1 product offering can be simply divided into two parts. The first is the swap, which is already live. The second, which is the core value offering, is the concentrated liquidity market maker. This interface will allow liquidity providers to select which pair they want to deposit liquidity on, and which price points they want their liquidity to be active. 

We will be releasing this part of the product in the next couple of weeks, after the public sale is over. However, we plan to expand our product offering well beyond the v1. Some of the functions we are working on include automatic repositioning of liquidity (similar to Visor Finance), as well as farms.

The Rowan token is used to facilitate transactions on the network so demand may increase as network usage increases. Also, the Rowan token will give voting rights to the future SifDAO.

**4. DEFI and NFT are evolving too fast and the ability to break is very high. What do you think about this and can you be sure that Sifchain's products will be in demand in the long term? What is Sifchain planning to contribute to DeFi & NFT's growth?**

**Jared Moore**

Sifchain is positioned to be a main bridge between Cosmos and Ethereum and all EVM chains (polygon, BSC, etc). The opportunities for DeFi and all assets, including NFTs, has yet to be thought of in its entirety because there are so many things that can be done.

To prevent breaking things and moving too fast, we have a strict testing process, we run everything through Halborn for security checks, and we have thorough Retroactives where we discuss everything that went right or needs improving to increase our chance of success in our future launches and events.

**5. SECURITY is so important with all of us nowaday. How do you ensure that the assets of your users are safe and secure? Do you have insurance for users?**

**Jared Moore**

Security is very important — we have Halborn (halborn.com) on retainer to make sure everything we put out has been thoroughly tested.

Insurance is definitely something being considered to an extent!

**6. Today, DEX is in high demand for many traders.Furthermore,there are already more popular DEX than Sifchain like Uniswap or Pancakeswap. What plan do you have to compete with them, to increase demand for DEX and make Sifchain is the best DEX?**

**Jared Moore**

We do compete with many other DEXs, but Sifchain also is quite different as a whole.

We focus more on connecting Cosmos and any EVM chain whereas many other DEXs focus on a single chain, dual-sided liquidity, or some other niche market.

We plan to grow our macro market share, our market share within Cosmos, and our market share as a DEX all equally for the time being.

**7. Can anonymous transactions be performed on the Sifchain network to hide transaction details to help protect the confidentiality of user information and tokens?**

**Jared Moore**

Not as of yet. That may be something to be considered in the future, but for now we are aiming to provide the best Omni chain EVM swapping experience!

**8. What platforms is Sifchain in direct competition with right now? And on what factors does the opportunity for this project to break through?**

**Jared Moore**

 Often people think we are in competition with Thorchain because it appears the most similar, but we really don’t have competition in our exact, direct niche.

Thorchain mainly focuses on bluechip type of cryptos, while we are able to connect any EVM chain to the Cosmos ecosystem.

We also are the first to launch IBC in Cosmos so that helps set us apart from other DEXs within the ecosystem.

**1. The main Problems in Most of DEXes are 1. Insufficient Liquidity 2. High Gas Fees, etc.. How does the Sifchain platform solve Issues for DEXes?**

**Jared Moore**

Our gas fees are much smaller than a chain like Ethereum's because we're built on the Cosmos SDK so we get to enjoy those benefits.

As for liquidity, we are actively increasing our business development action and bringing in deeper liquidity on key token pairs. In the past month alone our TVL has increased about $13m from $6m.

**2. How secure is your platform to use? Have you done audits of smart contracts? What security measures are adopted from bugs of smart contract and hacking?**

**Jared Moore**

Yes, we have Halborn.com testing everything before we put it out to the world. They are very thorough and make sure we're secure on all fronts with smart contracts and OpSec

**3. COVID 19 has slowed many economies around the world but as a crypto business has it affected you negatively or positively? Secondly, are you still on track to achieve your targets as the road map says?**

**Jared Moore**

On track for the roadmap — yes!

We haven't seen a slow down, but an increase in almost every aspect of development and communications. With more people working remotely, it's given us a lot to look forward to as we grow the team globally!

**4. Almost 80% of investors have just focused on the price of a token in the short term instead of understanding the real value of the project. Can you tell us the motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in the long term?**

**Jared Moore**

Any sort of financial motivations are on each individual person for their own risk/reward.

Token holders will be governors of the DAO when it launches. I like to think of Sifchain as a crypto primitive tool — many dApps and tools can build on top of it

**5. How can I buy tokens from your project? Will you have a program to sell tokens to users in the near future?**

**Jared Moore**

We already had our public sale and we are not selling anything further. Tokens are listed on Uniswap under eRowan and just recently listed on AscendEx

**6. Can you list 1-3 killer features of this project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?**

- The use of the peg chain, Peggy;
- Being built on Cosmos;

**1. Today, there are still many people who think that playing games is a waste of time, at least a bad job. How do you think we can better break these stereotypes?**

**Travis:** 

I think gaming has already progressed quite far from the initial cartridge buying era of the 80s

We haveWe have e-sports popping up all over the world turning bright eyed young competitors into star athletes with sponsorship coming from all sorts of industries, we’ve got game developers making all sorts of headlines from Carmack at Quake to Gabe at Valve.

Now with play to earn we democratize the success through gaming from the select few, to the masses and I believe very soon we’ll be seeing full virtual industries within games pop up.

For Highstreet,  a player’s time dedicated to the metaverse translates directly to value creation for real brands. This breaks from the usual waste of time stereotype by becoming a part of a working supply chain

**2. How do you think the cryptocurrency game industry will develop over the next few years? What role will Highstreet role in the development of the crypto game industry?**

**Travis:**

I think crypto gaming is just scratching the surface of what is possible, in the next few years we’ll see a similar evolution within gamefi like we did on the computer, mobile phones, and consoles.

Games will become more refined, higher fidelity, and multi platform. We’re lucky that in this era the platforms serving these games are already quite robust.

Highstreet spearheads this by bridging the blockchain onto Unity game engine to create a game that is served across various devices and not just the browser itself.

We also allow native VR integration from the start, given our experience with VR for the past 6 years, we’re hoping this would usher in a brand new era of not just crypto, but  gaming itself

**3. What are your advantages and disadvantages when comparing to other competitors? Token burning is known to be very important for investors, do you plan to burn or buy back?**

**Travis:**

I think the advantage for us is quality, we serve a very high fidelity game with an ambitious lore and game mechanics

the disadvantage is quantity, to be able to run our game at the beginning we do require quite a powerful PC and to be able to experience the game in all its glory, VR is recommended.

We are mitigating this by allowing different devices to participate in the metaverse at limited scope, but at the end for us it’s about delivering the ultimate experience.

Token burning is important, and we have a two token system to ensure good in-game economy that is untethered to the value of the project itself.

There are mandatory purchases to be made in the game that will require tokens in order for users to participate which will act as a natural token sink.

**4. Most of the gamers have no knowledge of blockchain / cryptocurrency. How can Highstreet recommend his game to casual users who don't have enough blockchain knowledge?**

**Travis:**

Highstreet is a game playable without any prior crypto knowledge, throughout the journey players will learn basic defi and gamefi mechanics, but can choose not to connect their wallet and have the entire token supply earned be kept in their in-game balance by us.

As they meet our partners throughout the game, they will learn the various types of services in the crypto world and hopefully one day enter it themselves.

**5. Looking back at your Timeline / Roadmap, we have seen big strides in Blockchain Game development. What are the next milestones for the development of Highstreet's ecosystem?**

**Travis:**

Next is of course getting our earliest alpha to the public, starting with our most supportive community members.

This is hopefully coming up real soon with our target date being Halloween.

Then it’s about transitioning to beta hopefully by Christmas. Following this, 2022 will entirely be surrounding game optimization and content expansion.

Throughout our game development of course we’ll be onboarding new brands constantly to help expand the content within the game itself.

It’s quite a meticulous process so we’re keeping mindful of user experience as well.

**6. In your opinion, what is the difference between GameFi and traditional games?**

**Travis:**

I think traditional games are limited in scope as an artistic expression of the developer, while game-fi with its assets being on chain allows the scope to cross into other games eventually. This creates the definition of a metaverse, which is quite a magnitude more exciting.

**7. Can you talk about your thoughts on the Play for Money model that Axie has brought in? How is Highstreet's Play for Money mechanism designed? How can players participate?** 

**Travis:**

I think play to earn is something that allows game companies to get a bunch of users into testing the game with super high yield as rewards.

The thought process would be, as yields are high players will land on the game and if the game is good and fun, even if yield runs out they will still stay.

We take a slightly different approach, our strategy ties real brands into the game where players participating and earning directly create values for these brands.

This means the yield actually comes from the brands themselves creating a more sustainable ecosystem where yield wouldn’t run out.

**Travis:**

Highstreet world aims to be multi-device supported with different devices playing different roles in the game. 

1) PC and VR will release first and you will play as explorers 
2) Mobile release after where players compete as monsters 
3) Browsers come later as well where players can potentially be merchants. THis said browser users can freely access our marketplace already today.

**Travis:**

I think the future will be taking NFTs beyond profile pictures and building out all the utilities promised on each of the collections website. Can we become real members of real clubs in the metaverse, or are these products going to scale beyond pure hype into sustainable IPs. I think NFTs for brands make a lot of sense as they create an authentication tag for products themselves.

**7. I see that you have done many AMAs. My question is, what do you expect to get from so many AMAs and what are your goals with the community? Do you consider the community to be a fundamental role in the project?**

**Travis:**

Yes i sure have, across different regions in different languages, our hope is to build a metaverse that is inclusive and accessible to all. Eventually when we all live in the metaverse, geographical distances won't make any difference. I think by doing these AMAs I'm tearing down the cultural barriers often plagued by traditional products.

**8. In the Highstreet  project there are several partners but who is the main one? What are the benefits of the collaboration between Highstreet  project and Blockchain ecosystem? Will those targets be completed and implemented in the  2021?**

**Travis:**

Yes we do have an endless supply of partners. Some are partners in commerce, others in execution, and there are those who are special enough to warrant specific regions in Highstreet World. For this year we'll focus on a couple, we want to integrate projects within our fellow Animoca Family into the game with crossovers and additional utilities brought on from Highstreet for their tokens. We want to integrate Binance Beach as a manifestation of their NFT platform in our metaverse, and we would like to bring on Vera Financial as a mortgage partner to help level the playing field in our virtual real estate play between whales and newcomers.

Bifrost is the 5th parachain winner on Kusama in the first batch. With the SALP module, Bifrost has solved the problem that many people fear when they have to lock KSM for 48 weeks. Contribute a part to increase liquidity on their Blockchain.

**1. Can you tell us what makes you different from other chains offering similar service? What is your advantage?**

**Tyrone:**

Oops, it seems that I have already answered it in the Intro. Bifrost want to utilize Derivatives as a financial form to perform the cross-chain interoperability with different blockchains; there is actually not a direct competition project with us.

> Bifrost has its advantages over the normal smart contract DeFi protocol. Some projects provide staking liquidity but Bifrost has more advantage by using XCMP on Polkadot parachain to achieve the interoperability of derivatives, but not only smart contracts. 
> 
> Smart contract will just only focus on specific chains, which will disperse the liquidity of derivatives, but Bifrost as a Polkadot parachain will provide general type derivatives across different parachains without splitting the liquidity. Bifrost will provide staking liquidity for more PoS blockchains by smart contract in the future (if they haven’t connected with Polkadot). Meanwhile, the mechanism of Bifrost staking reward distribution will eliminate the problems of cross-chain harvest.

So, we'll not only involve the business of derivatives, but a more wide version is to achieve the multi-chain connection.

**2. On moving forward through your roadmap, what are your most important next priorities/Milestone?** 

**Tyrone:**

As the fifth project to launch Kusama Parachain, we deployed several major modules in the fourth quarter of 2021, including: asset module, governance module, SALP module, flexible parachain fee, and XCM & xToken Module. You can take a recap at: https://forum.bifrost.finance/

During the upgrading period, the SALP module, as the core of Bifrost's liquidity business for slot auction, has accumulated 151,980.6 KSM derivative castings since it went online in September, with a market value of approximately $54,712,944. Moreover, all four projects (Basilisk, Kintsugi, Altair, Parallel) supported by the SALP have successfully won the parachain auction.

Here is the data of SALP in the 2nd batch of Kusama auction.

In the 10th and 11th Kusama slot auctions, Bifrost launched the first parachain auction mining use case, and cooperated with the parachain bidders to encourage users to deposit their KSM derivatives (vsKSM+vsBond) to the mining pool, which stimulated users to support the project party Crowdloan to obtain additional mining rewards. During the 7-day mining process, a total of 2,040 users visited bifrost.app/vcrowdloan 22,065 times, accounting for 57.71% of the total 30-day visits. The number of new users surged by 815% in the two days before and after mining started.

**3. Since it is DEX Listing, will there be any special DeFi availability during the transfer process? How to participate?**

**Tyrone:**

There will be a liquidity bootstrap event before the function of BNC transfer opening up though democracy, in order to make the prior accumulation of liquidity for the BNC/kUSD initially open.

**Here are some rules on it:**
a. It will start block #TBD till #TBD (roughly 48 hours)
b. NO trading is allowed during this period
c. You can contribute liquidity for BNC, or kUSD, or BNC & kUSD at the same time. The actual exchange rate of BNC/kUSD can only be known once the Bootstrap is completed .
d. At the time of your contribution, you are allocated a number of LP tokens, and indicative LP shares of the pool, which are subject to change as more liquidity is added.
e. You should only participate if you want to become a liquidity provider for the pool.

**4. Will Bifrost participate in the Polkadot parachain auctions?**

**Tyrone:**

**5. How is Bifrost development going? Can you describe in detail current development efforts, market expansion plans, expected applications?**

**Tyrone:**

We're currently put effort into the upgrading from Kusama XCM v0 to v1, and we've already done it with our partner #Karura. And the opening of BNC dex listing will be the first time of cross-chain use case in the Polkadot ecosystem. (but due to the frequent upgrades recently, we closed the cross-chain transact temporarily, so please do not try the transact yet, your asset will lose.)

The currently ongoing referendum is #11 to enable BNC transfers, and the function related to the release of liquidity: Lighting Redeem, will be voted on in the #12 democracy. This feature will give priority to the release of liquidity for the first batch of supporters participating in the Bifrost Kusama slot auction. More details will be announced soon.

By the end of 2021, hopefully Parity can upgrade the cross-chain bridge between Kusama and Polkadot. That will be the time to open the interoperability generation for derivatives; it will also close to take $vETH from Ethereum to Polkadot.

**6. Could you share some plans for the upcoming year? Which part of the project are you most focused on right now？**

**Tyrone:**
 
SALP will keep running, more parachains come, more serves. We'll welcome the vToken (staking derivative) in the upcoming year, vKSM, vDOT, vETH, vSOL, etc.

We'll focus more on bridges and flow the liquidity among external blockchains and Polkadot parachains.

**7. What makes Bifrost’s bidding for the Kusama slot very important? Could you tell us the aim for this? In the event this Biforst’s bidding mechanism is successful, What impact will it have on the community and other parachain projects?**

**Tyrone:**

An important reason why Bifrost chose Polkadot's ecosystem is that it doesn’t need to maintain a set of consensus by ourselves. This is also an obvious advantage of being a parachain to connect with a relay-chain, which enjoys the parachain shared security provided by all parachains. Maintaining a set of consensus security requires a lot of investment in capital and labor costs; It doesn't make sense for a creative organization to quickly produce a killer application.

Soon or later, Bifrost can use smart contracts to deploy services on heterogeneous PoS chains outside Polkadot (we had already partner with #Moonbeam and #Astar team). For example, our Ethereum derivative vETH will become an ERC-20 and Substrate base dual-asset in bifrost Kusama&Polkadot mainnet, and it will take much external value to the Polkadot ecosystem beyond building bridges.

Therefore, Bridge + EVM or WASM compatibility will definitely enhance the multi-chain liquidity.

**8. Why design vsToken as a fungible token? What are the problems with issuing different derivatives for different parachains?**

**Tyrone:**
 
This is a very good question. For vsToken, the higher the degree of homogeneity and the fewer types, the higher the liquidity will be.

Therefore, we have built vsToken into a homogenized asset, but each parachain bidding period / redemption period are different, and the auction rewards issued are also different.

So we solve this through vsBOND, so vsBOND will be an NFT issued for different parachains, and the parachain can be obtained by mortgage NFT At the same time, when vsBOND expires, you can combine it with vsKSM to redeem it back to KSM 1:1. I want to answer is from the data we have now, In the first half of 2021, we accumulated 18,000 ETH underlying for Ethereum 2.0 derivative vETH; In the second half of the year, we launched SALP and accumulated 151,980 KSM derivatives for 5 parachain bidders (include Bifrost), and they all won the auction. Until now, BIfrost mainnet has reached about 124,152,900 market cap before Bifrost Native Coin (BNC) listing.

**2. What is the most unique thing ZeroHybrid brings to the blockchain community? How is it better than other platforms?**

**Jessi:**

In the digital economy, ZeroHybrid Network’s trusted computing solution may solve the problem of data isolation and data circulation. ZeroHybrid Network is targeted in providing solutions for the following problems. 
First is trusted computing resources, second is on-chain computing and third is storage resources.

**3. One of the products of ZeroHybrid is “Hybrid Blockchain Network”, which is a “mix of mobile, desktop, server, and professional miners”. Can you tell us more about this and how is it possible? What are the benefits users get from this compared to traditional blockchain?**

**Jessi:**

ZeroHybrid uses a hybrid architecture to enable mobile services at the same time other devices using ARM processors can also participate in the contribution of computing power. With ZeroHybrid, each trusted computing task and provider's activity will be recorded on the blockchain, and computing power will be rewarded with tokens that are mined during the computation.

**4. You create a $Zero token as your native token, but could you explain a little about your token? I want to know about the $Zero token use case in your platform also how about the governance system?**

**Jessi:**

ZHT will have a couple of utility functions, 
1. Obtain trusted computing resources: ZHT is used for settlement for trusted computing power purchases, on-chain resources, and on-chain data storage within Zero-Hybrid Network.
2. Data transaction fees: ZHT is the legal settlement currency for data transactions in the Zero-Hybrid ecosystem.
3. Community governance: holders of a certain amount of ZHT have the right to participate in Zero-Hybrid community governance and voting.
4. Payment for other services: ZHT will also be used for the settlement of other applications or services in the Zero-Hybrid ecosystem.

**5. I read that ZeroHybrid smart contracts do not rely on consensus algorithms, each contract only runs in one TEE, which allows Smart Contracts to be executed in parallel in the network. How will this benefit your user community? What mechanisms allow you to achieve this?**

**Jessi:**

ZeroHybrid adopts a consensus mechanism named PoA, which will elect a Leader on the network. Election rules are based on the VCU ability offered by a miner, that is, utilizes the verifiability of proof, and are based on valid ALT numbers to confirm Leader. The leader miner will produce the current block. Proof-of-Activity (PoA) combines the PoW and PoS protocols, which means that participants can mine or lay down a share to validate the blocks. So, the PoA protocol provides a balance between miners and ordinary members of the network.

**6. Who are your competitors in the market and what makes you ahead of them? And Incase if you don't have direct competitors, then how will you maintain a good market share?**

**Jessi:**

There are many existing projects in the field of trusted computing. The ZeroHybrid team analyzed the market situation by combining its own technical characteristics and found that the existing trusted computing solutions are all closed and backward, and these solutions lack foresight in the future. ZeroHybrid team finally adopts the method of blockchain and ARM chip to build the trusted computing blockchain. Focusing on the future, ARM computing power becomes the guarantee of trusted computing, and the interconnected ecology of everything is combined with trusted computing.

We have worked hard to make sure our product is accessible to everyone, ranging from those who are new to crypto to blockchain experts. It is open to anyone -- individuals can curate their own custom NFTs from top artists, while crypto projects can commission assets for their website. We will continue to publish guides enabling new crypto users to easily use our platform.

**6. What role does the community play in the Creaticles?  What have you done and will do to attract people to join Creaticles and build a thriving community?**

**Trevor:**

Community is key to Creaticles! We aim to engage our community at every step of the way. Our users are actively involved with the direction of our platform both via our Telegram and Discord, as well as via community governance after our token has launched. We give back to the community by rewarding users with tokens from our mining pool -- we have set aside half of all tokens to be given back to the community.

**7. In the same way that users can request a personalized NFT, can users also demand that the NFT they want be uniquely and exclusively designed by an artist?**

**Trevor:**

We call this “NFT Commissioning”, and it’s coming out in our V2 product, early 2022!

**8. SECURITY is so important with all of us nowaday. How do you ensure that the assets of your users are safe and secure? Do you have insurance for users?**

**Trevor:**

We completely agree that security is key for our project. That’s why all assets, including funds and NFTs, are held securely in the smart contract. The beauty of running as a decentralized app is that everyone can see the code controlling these assets. We’ve already passed a security audit verifying that our smart contract can properly protect users’ funds.

**1. What are the steps to become a part of your community, and start getting revenues? Where do we buy, where do we sign up? This looks like an amazing project!**

**Trevor:**

The best way to get engaged with our community is to follow us on Telegram and Twitter, and try using our testnet! That way you can stay up to date with all of our updates both with the product and with the token

**2. Each project has interesting stories before it is created. So can you tell people about the story that gave you the motivation to build and develop a great project like yours?**

**Trevor:**

You're right, there's always a story behind every project! Our team has often wanted to curate custom art from the community for previous projects, and there wasn't a great way to do this with NFTs. So, we decided to solve this ourselves by building Creaticles!

**3. Can you share with us your tokenomics? How much is the total and circulation supply of your tokens? Will there be a buy back system or token burning in the future?**

**Trevor:**

We will have a total token supply of 1 billion tokens, with 50% of all tokens designated as the mining allocation. These tokens will be given to the community over time to reward quality interaction with our platform.

Revenue from the platform will be used to re-purchase tokens from the public market. Instead of burning these tokens, they will be added to the mining pool to continue rewarding the community!

**4. The crypto industry is a fast-paced industry, how flexible is your Project to change quickly and keep pace with technology trends? What is your long-term vision for the forecasting industry in which your project operates?**

**Trevor:**

We are continuously building relationships with both other token projects as well as with different blockchains. We will continue integrating with platforms and launching on new chains over time to make sure we can provide the best custom NFT product on the market! Long term, we are super excited to enable seamless NFT transfer from our platform to a wide range of NFT applications, especially games.

**5. Are you afraid some day there will be another project with more innovative technology that can replace your project?**

**Trevor:**

We have a strong team and plan to continue building out features quickly, even after launch. As we build our user-base and strong partnerships, we're quite confident that we can remain the leader in our market. We will continue to adapt to the trends in blockchain and new technologies.

**6. Could you please explain the royalty feature at Creaticles and how its going to support upcoming artists and new users coming into the Creaticles NFT space.**

**Trevor:**

Supporting upcoming artists is key to our vision! On Creaticles, artists are rewarded for the quality of their work rather than publicity alone. Our reputation system coming out in V2 will help quality artists become noticed, and we will be building out royalty support across multiple secondary markets in the future as well. We know there is a huge pool of art talent and we're helping them get their artwork to those who value it most.

**7. I am an EXPERIENCED DEVELOPER AND ETHICAL HACKER, do you have plans for HACKATHON so as to check the security of your ecosystem periodically and also invite developers to build?**

**1. What is the real essence of your project?**

**Mickaël Canu**

As I mentioned, Ternoa is a layer 1 blockchain dedicated to secure data encryption and transmission through the use of NFTs and unique sending protocols.

What does this mean? Our blockchain encrypted NFTs, adding extra security as well as the ability to store data within an NFT for the long-term. Then adds the option of sending protocols, meaning the user can send this NFT, with private data within to whomever, whenever they please, even after their death!

After creating this idea, I found that this technology doesn’t have to be only for the general public’s use, but can also be used to create numerous DApps for businesses, games or crypto oriented use cases.

Even celebrities or artists can create a Ternoa NFT, add exclusive songs or art within and then sell it to their fans! Our goal is to bring our decentralized blockchain solution to the real world problem of the lack of secure, long-term data storage and transmission!...


**2. As I know "Ternoa" puts this personal data (photos, videos, important documents etc.) into a "Time Capsules". How does a time capsule work? How should we understand this?**

**Mickaël Canu**

Once our mainnet launches in Q1 2022, we will be releasing our Time Capsule mobile app ([we recently teased on our Twitter](https://twitter.com/Ternoa_/status/1458090918989504526?s=20)), which will be extremely user friendly and allow people of all ages, and all backgrounds (not just crypto) to be able to create a time capsule, add their private data like photos, documents, wallet keys etc., then choose a recipient and a sending protocol.

We have 5 different options for sending:

1. The Death Protocol for postmortem transmission;
2. The Consent Protocol for a transmission based on the principle of activation of opening by third parties and non-opposition by the sender;
3. The Countdown Protocol for setting a countdown before the time capsules is sent out;
4. The Safe Protocol to store searchable information in the form of a digital safe; and
5. The D-Day Protocol to store and send data on a specified date

**3. Have you been audited ? Have not heard you talk about that the security of funds is what every investor craves for and plans to escape incase of insecurity if funds,scams and rug pulls ? How strongly built are your security put in place?**

Our project also has been previously audited and our token was validated in early February by the world famous **Certik Foundation**. Also, the Ternoa blockchain is based on the Substrate framework and the Polkadot Blockchain, which allows another important layer of security.
 
The Ternoa Blockchain is built off of substrate, adding an extra level of security. **PLUS the blockchain encrypted NFTs holding private data by using Shamir Secret Sharing, which breaks down the key to the NFT into shares, spreading them throughout thousands of intel SGX enclaves**. Only the chosen recipient has the power to retrieve all of the shares of the key to unlock the NFT and find the secrets within. We are always looking for the best security options for our users.

**4. Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIP so far and upcoming partnerships?**

In today’s world, the option to have sole proprietorship, complete privacy, control, and high security on long-term data storage is almost non-existent. For example with iCloud, the government has the right to browse through your data, or even permanently delete it if they please. This is where Ternoa comes in! 
 
**Our goal is to apply to not only the crypto world with our blockchain ecosystem and $CAPS token, but to the general public and even companies and governments as well**. We want to give the opportunity for each person that connects to the internet to be able to store and transmit their desired information in a highly secure and stable manner, as well as combine the crypto/blockchain world with general/real world use cases.

On December 15, Obed Tiony participated in BinanciansVN AMA session to introduce Crafting Finance - A synthetic asset issuance and trading protocol on Polkadot as well as answer some questions from the community.

Crafting Finance is a synthetic asset project that provides the issuance and transaction capabilities of various synthetic assets, which can support the issuance and transaction of almost all types of cryptocurrency assets and real assets.

# Below is a summary of the outstanding questions and answers from the AMA session.

**1. Many projects promise a long-term plan, big mission and great success in future but never release any working product or revenue. What makes your project different from these projects? Could you share some big achievements that you achieved in 2021?**

**Obed:**

What  distinguish us  from other projects are:

NFT Fraction Trading -As an energy for the Future.Which means not Only ERC20 Tokens, But Also ERC721 And ERC1551 Tokens Could Be Minted To ERC20 Synthetic Assets. lt’s this uniqueness that sets us apart from others.We can see Nft Fraction Trading in this project where NFT is very important

Flexible Collateral - we will  allow use of different  kinds of Collateral in the Forge for example BTC , ETH,NFT,CRF,DOT, KSM,etc the collateral rate is different for each kinds of the tokens
Universal Raft-Raft will support almost all kinds of potential synthetic assets.
Optional Crafting-User could choose whether entering the SDP, which will allow flexible position choice. 

NFT fractions-Crafting finance will support the NFT synthetic fraction rafts. 
Low Slippage-Due to the sharing of the whole SDP’s liquidity, the price slippage of trading in Kingsman is significantly lower than existing exchanges.

I think the most important things currently are launching the platform, starting the liquidity and reaching a market cap of our RAFT. And we will focus on listing more kinds of synthetic assets and improve the TVL and market cap of the RAFTS. We will also launch our DAO system, which means Crafting finance will become a distributed project and the best news is that we have just started staking , and the crafting NFT campaign just kicked off.


**2. Partnerships are one of the important factors for every project. Could you name some of Crafting’s partners? What are the benefits that you get from them? And is there any partnership that will be established in the near future?**

**Obed:**

Crafting Finance is backed by plenty of Institutional investors, The names are Signum Capital, CMS Holdings, NGC Ventures, Continue Capital, LD Capital, Longhash Ventures, Northbund Capital, PAKA Capital, SNZ Holdings, Spark Digital Capital, Titans Ventures, AU21 Capital, Magnus Capital,  Moreover part of our program will be deployed in Near as they will help us a lot with our project. We are still in communication with other partners and more details would be published later .

**3. What is the Crafting token used for? How can I get Crafting token? What are the benefits of holding your token long term?**

**Obed:**

$CRF is the project token as well as the governance token. the parameters involved in CF, including the increase or decrease of the types of collateral, the adjustment of the collateralization ratio, the types of synthetic assets, etc., can be determined by voting by CRF holders.We have ways to encourage users to hold CRF.

The system will also reward the users who’re using the CRF as collateral, so the investors will choose to forge to get the reward, which will also benefit the liquidity of the system.
The fees collected from trading in Kingsman will enter the fee pool. Those fees will be used as rewards as well as buy back and destroy CRF.

Users who choose not to join the SDP will pay interest on their synthetic assets, and the interest will enter the interest pool. Those interests will be used to buy back and destroy CRF.
With all these three incentives, there will be a very solid support for the price of CRF and it will be beneficial to the long term holders.However , we are going to launch sooner than later , probably this month on 17 th that you can get our token . So stay tuned !

**4. What role does the community play in Crafting Finance?  What have you done and will do to attract people to join Crafting Finance and build a thriving community?**

**Obed:**

They take the role of community or retail investors as one very important aspect and factor . Since for any project to succeed and be global there should be a  very huge wave and support from communities , so recently we have been trying to work with various communities from different regions around the globe , mostly interacting through marketing and having AMA and other activities. We are also looking for more partnership .

**5. SECURITY is so important with all of us nowaday. How do you ensure that the assets of your users are safe and secure? Do you have insurance for users?**

**Obed:**

Security is always our top priority. We will do a code audit and a lot of trial runs before the mainnet launch. And the project is fully decentralized and open-source, so everyone can check the code on Github

**6. Tell us what your plans are for 2022? What are you doing now and how do you plan to expand and grow your project?**

**Obed:**

Although we have already stretched a very long path . We invented optional joining of SDP and where we can find that users can still trade in Kingsman even without joining the SDP. We have also found ways to improve the utilization rate of the user’s collateral rate.In the development process, we have completed the demo version of the SDP, Forge and Kingsman.We may do IDO next month. And as I said, the most exciting milestone will be the launch of the main net in Q4.

Moreover we are currently focused on the following objective to see that we accomplish them as soon as possible .

1. Realization of Kingsman version 1.0. 
2. Realizing of the function of fee pool: transaction fees are included in the fee pool to complete the benefit distribution of CRF users. 
3. Realize the trading function on the Web end, allowing users to freely trade various synthetic assets.It’s convenient for users to stake CRF or DOT to mint rUSD and destroy rUSD. Allow users to view the debt ratio, total system debt, balance of personal synthetic assets, rewards income, etc


**7. You will support NFT synthetic fractions. How are NFTs fragmented and fractionalised? How does this allow you to create NFT liquidity and tackle NFT trading issues?**

**Obed:**

Crafting Finance will add the NFT fragmentation function. Crafting’s NFT fragmentation will be dedicated to solving NFT liquidity and trading issues, providing a huge impetus for the development of the industry.

In Crafting, they will support any kinds of NFT for users to stake into the Forge system and forge the factions of the NFT, just like other kinds of synthetic assets. Basically, the system will support two kinds of fractions, SNFTRafts and BNFTRafts.

SNFTRafts is the single-mode, which is suggested to be used for the rare NFTs. The user could set the name, initial price and amount of the tokens. After the mint of the SNFTRafts, the NFT will be locked into the Forge-SNFT-Vault. The NFT will be unlocked only if any user buys it.

BNFTRafts is the bulk-mode, which is suggested to be used for the common NFTs. The NFT will be minted to the collection-BNFTRafts, of which the name and amount will be fixed. Users who hold enough BNFTRafts could redeem the NFTs locked in the Forge-BNFT-Vault, and the redeemed NFT will be randomly chosen.

Both the SNFTRafts and BNFTRafts can enter the sharing-debt-pool (SDP) or not, and both can be traded in the DEX, Kingsman. They believe Crafting Finance will provide an excellent liquidity solution for the NFT market, it will not only support trading, but also the upcoming NFT lending and even derivatives market.

We have dedicatedly worked for this project for almost a year now . As we started it last year in Nov and we are still pushing on.

**2. Marketing is a central element for every project, so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieve the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and investors to your platform and keep them long term.**

**Obed:**

We are having  vibrant AMA's going on at the moment , having different activities , operations, pledged incentives and to be on exchange , moreover we  will continue to have more different project collaborations .

**3. STAKING is one of the STRATEGIES to ATTRACT USERS and HOLD Them and long term.  Does your GREAT PROJECT have a plan about Staking?**
