  • Polimec hosted a Polkadot Updates event in Zurich to discuss Polkadot, the Kylix Protocol, and fundraising in Web3. The event, set up for learning and networking, featured talks from Radha Dasari (Technical Education Lead at Web3 Foundation) and Gianluigi Davassi(Founder of Kylix Finance)

  • On October 20th, Polkaworld hosted an X Space with Polimec, inviting members from Xcavate and Archisinal, who are looking to fundraise on Polimec. The space was attended by Richard, the co-founder of Xcavate, and Tim, the co-founder of Archisinal.

  • Phala co-hosted the DeAI meetup in San Francisco on October 22nd, with Founder, Marvin Tong in attendance. The event was focused on discussions around the intersection of Decentralized AI and its potential to shape diverse industries.

  • Centrifuge CEO Lucas Vogelsang joined a fireside chat at the Real World Asset Summit on balancing DeFi ideals with TradFi integration and appeared on a panel forecasting the RWA sector in 2025.   • Shiden, the sister chain of the Astar Network, has purchased a core on Kusama for 0.0702 KSM. When the network’s parachain slot lease ends on November 6th, the network will begin using the purchased core.
  • Following an attempted exploit on the Parallel Finance chain, the Moonbeam Network put up a fast-tracked proposal to close XCM channels with Parallel Finance and freeze GLMR assets in the Parallel sovereign accounts. There will be another proposal to ensure the safe return of these 159k GLMR tokens to Moonbeam.
