- Acurast is hosting a series of weekly quests throughout November, where participants will earn Mist for completing them. The campaign tagged ‘The Cloud Rebellion’, is open to Android and Apple mobile users.
- Artist Skullz created 54 collectible TOD sticker sets, available at the Sub0 Reset event for a small DOT donation. Tod is a Polkadot mascot created by Skullz and Polkadot lead developer Shawn Tabrizi.
- Jupiter Innovations Lab Inc. is the latest recipient of a Decentralized Futures Grant from the Web3 Foundation. The grant was awarded for developing True Network, an on-chain reputation system to which dapps can issue records.
- The Web3 Foundation has announced the third cohort of Decentralized Voices (DV) delegates. The delegates include ChaosDAO, KusDAO, Saxemberg, Le Nexus, Luck Friday Labs, and Polkadot Hungary, whowill be delegated voting powers on Polkadot and Kusama.
- Hyperbridge has been launched, enabling the trustless bridging of DOT and other tokens across Polkadot, Ethereum, BNB, Base, Arbitrum, Gnosis, and Optimism. Currently, users can only bridge DOT. More tokens will be integrated soon, with liquidity for DOT made available on these networks. They also announced the launch of their Initial Relayer Offering (IRO) and changed the token name from NAND to BRIDGE.
- Peaq, which launches tomorrow, has announced that its token will be listed on the following centralized exchanges: BingX, Bitget, Bitvavocom, Bit2me, CoinList, Coin W,Gate.io, Hashkey Global, Kucoin, Lbank Exchange, and MEXC.

- Bifrost extended the booking period for participants to November 8th, with more than 130,000 addresses booked for the campaign.

- WebZero kicked off Devcon week with the DevRel brunch on the Sub0 Reset rooftop. Members of the DevRel space across all ecosystems enjoyed a morning of networking and an all-you.can eat spread served by the in-house private chef.
- The Sub0 Reset opening party was a hit, reaching capacity at 8:30pm. The attendees that were lucky enough to make it inside enjoyed a tuktuk disco experience with DJs and a live performance by Kukabi, who transforms Polkadot blockchain data into an interactive audio-visual art.
- On the Sub0 Reset Day 1 Hacker Stage, Peter White introduced Pop, a developer platform that simplifies and streamlines building on Polkadot.
- Next up on the Sub0 Reset Day 1 Hacker Stage, Kian Paimani (Parity) explained runtime development in Substrate using FRAME, including its newest features and how to use them.
- Lucas Vogelsang (Centrifuge) has a very busy DevCon week. He talked about the hidden centralized risks of DeFi at the Bangkok Unstable Summit on Sunday November 10th. On Monday he joined a Fireside Chat on oracles and RWA at the Blockchain Oracle Summit, and on Wednesday he will be speaking at DeFi Renaissance Day.

- Pauline Vorms (Polkadot Blockchain Academy) kicked off the mainstage for Day 1 of Sub0 Reset with the announcement of PBA-X, an online flexible 4-week part-time course covering the fundamentals of blockchain, Web3, and Polkadot.
- Prabal Banerjee, co-founder of Avail,unveiled the Vector Bridge, a trust-minimized bridge between any GRANDPA enabled gadget and Ethereum or any other blockchain.
- Polkadot co-founder Rob Habermeier introduced NOMT, a high-throughput state database designed to improve the performance of blockchain nodes.
- The first panel at Sub0 Reset featured Viet Nguyen (Celestia), Hannah Howard (Filecoin), Ayush (Cere Network), and Qinwen Wang (Lollipop) and discussed how DePIN can address the challenges of data accessibility and storage in Web3.
- Will Scott (Protocol Labs) explained how the InterPlanetary Naming Indexer (IPNI) increases the speed and efficiency of data retrieval on the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS).

- On Day 2 of Sub0 Reset, Justin Frevert opened the Main Stage to speak about Midnight, a data-protection-based DApp development chain built on Polkadot SDK
- Carlo Sala (Streamsphere Labs) introduced the Polkadot API (PAPI), the next generation of development tools for Polkadot. Victor Oliva followed up with a live demonstration of the new PAPI Console.
- Alessandro De Carli explained how the Acurast decentralized compute network helps users reclaim their digital privacy.
- Leemo gave an overview of some of Nova Wallet’s new and upcoming features, such as Swipe Gov, Debit Cards, Polkadot Pay, and one-click cross-chain swaps.
- John Linden (Mythical), Miguel Moorcraft (Star Atlas), Jason Brink (LFG Inc.), and Anya (Bitcash) featured in a panel on the challenges surrounding mainstream adoption in Web3 gaming.
- The final panel discussion of Sub0 Reset gave some insights into governance on both Polkadot and Cardano and featured Jay Chrawnna (The Kus), Leemo (Novasama), Xylo Drone (WebZero), Hinson Wong (DeltaDeFi), and Sheldon Hunt (Emurgo).
