The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep, how did the debut on Netflix go? The first data
If you've seen the official trailer for The Witcher: The Sirens of the Deep, then you know that the new animated film in The Witcher saga has arrived this week exclusively on the Netflix on-demand streaming platform: how was the debut among subscribers?
The answer is: pretty good. To date, The Witcher: The Sirens of the Deep is in sixth place in the top 10 of the ranking of the most viewed films among subscribers. Not an exceptional result, given that it failed to enter the top 5 of the most followed films on Netflix, much less reach the first place, but there is still time to improve these statistics.
Usually, a highly anticipated film immediately shoots to first position on Netflix, or matures there in the following days through word of mouth. In this case, considering the fame of the franchise and the importance that The Witcher has for Netflix, a slightly better result could have been expected. We'll see if the situation improves in the coming days or if The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep won't be able to do better than this.
Let's remember that The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep is set in a specific period of the saga's timeline, more precisely between the fifth and sixth episode of the first season of the live-action series. Have you already seen it? Tell us what you think in the comments...
