Cyberpunk 2077, Idris Elba vuole fare il film live-action con Keanu Reeves

The Cyberpunk 2077 live-action film is still in the works after being first announced in 2023, but while we wait for new updates, we bring you the latest statements from Idris Elba.

The actor, who is known to play the character of Solomon Reed in the video game Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, a DLC expansion for the original game by CD Projekt RED, spoke about the possibility of returning to the world of Cyberpunk for the live-action film, alongside Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, co-star of the base game. The two actors worked together on the new Paramount Picture film Sonic 3, in which they play the characters of Knuckles and Shadow, respectively, and Idris Elba wouldn't mind a cyberpunk-themed reunion:

"Oh, man, that's a good question," the Luther actor said in a new interview. "I think it would be really cool to see a live-action movie based on the world of Cyberpunk 2077] and I think the audience would go crazy if they saw my character face to face with Keanu Reeves' character. I'm ready, damn, let's do it..."
