Permissionless asset creation is now available on Statemine

Motion 331 to upgrade Statemine & enable permissionless asset creation has been passed by Kusama community and was deployed.

People now can create and mint assets on Statemine - The first common-good #parachain on Kusama by depositing 1 $KSM as collateral.

1/ To teleport KSM from Kusama relay chain to Statemine parachain, in the Kusama app, you can go to Accounts menu then click on Teleport. Do the opposite way to teleport $KSM from Statemine to Kusama relay chain.

2/ To create assets on Statemine, in the app, you can go to Assets on the Network menu and click Create.

3/ Consuming fees on Statemine will be 1/10 of fees on the Kusama relay chain.
