Splinterlands Remarkable Brawls And Gladiator Cards

Let's dive into Splinterlands! I want to share remarkable brawls and gladiator cards that can turn the tides of the battle in your favor!

Splinterlands is the strategic auto-battler multiplayer digital-collectible trading card game on the Hive blockchain. Lots of fancy words so lets make it simple ... you try to create the most optimal 7-card deck to fight against opponents.

You make your way through the rank in seasons, or smash the competition in brawls or events. Gladiators will get involved in brawls, large tournaments in which guilds fight together against other guilds, competing to earn Crowns and leveling their Arena.

Up to 10 guilds of the same Tier are randomly grouped together for each Brawl, with fights completed in Wild format. Playing in brawls helped me to earn Merits, which I keep spending on Gladius Cases.

The Gladiator cards are more powerful then normal cards, but are Soulbound. All the 32 Gladius card have the Bloodlust ability, earning +1 to all initially non-zero stats per defeated opponent.

Only one Gladiator card can be selected for a battle, but is no limit of the number of Gladius Cases that can be purchased in the Guild Store.

I brawl and hustle, until I have enough merits! The newest bunch of cards came from the three Gladius Cases I bought last week!

I opened a lot of Gladius cases when I challenged myself to open 100 packs! It took two years but that silly goal was completed. After that I kept track of the Gladiator cards I pulled ... waiting for the right time to share them!

This time will be boring to share each case, so made a collage with the new bounties and cards that were added in my deck! Opened four and wasn't that great!

The good cards stayed at the end, when I unwrapped an epic and the legendary Xulax Nightwind! His armor is crafted of raw shadow ore and adorned with grotesque bones and skulls.

His lance is a frightening weapon, sharpened at both ends with a massive scythe blade for slashing. Equally terrifying to the rider is the ravenous giant wolf on which he rides into battle.

The progress is clear, and the amount of Gladiator cards keeps growing! I upgraded a lot of cards to level two, and some monsters are already at level three.

Got five gold foil cards and must say Chimney Wallstop is one of my favorite cards when it comes to raw force. Xulax joined a selected group, with Sola and Larissa as founding members of the Legendary Legion

It's great when I can link this cards to the special summoners and use them outside brawls! Are you an angry brawler of a classy gladiator?

Let me delight you with this insane brawl, with limited mana and three destructive rules added in the mix. Only 24 mana available to select a competitive team, and a cataclysmic vibe given by Noxious Fumes, Explosive Weaponry and True Aim.

All monsters will hit their targets, deal Blast damage and suffer poisoning ... this is great! My approach was simple... hit more and often! The Drybone Raider was my wild card... and hopefully the one that will bring the victory!

Tarsa: +1 Health & +1 Melee Attack

Venari Marksrat: Ranged with Martyr

Drybone Raider: Melee/Ranged with Double-Strike

Tenyii Striker: Melee with Sneak

Scorch Fiend: Melee decoy

The Venari Marksrat was set in the first position to die quickly and boost the Drybone Raider through Martyr. From here is simple... double strike and blast to create havoc.

I was facing a strong summoner, with a good mix of units. The Forgotten One will not be affected by the noxious fumes... but will he survive long enough to count?

The Venari died fast, as expected, and the Drybone got stronger. The two strikes took care of the Forgotten One's armor and took down the Xenith Archer.

The Tenyii Striker got rid of the opponent's Scorch Fiend, and then the poisonous cloud came! Everyone suffered, some fell and some survived to fight another round.

The Forgotten One was laughing at full health, as the beast was ready to strike deep into the Drybone flesh! That heavy strike left my raider at three health, coughing blood and sweating hard from the poisoning.

I just realized that the legendary Venator Kinjo didn't even had a chance to attack. You know what they say... what goes round comes around! Was time for the Drybone to have his moment of glory... and those two strikes made the difference!

Double-Strike that cut deep into the demonic skin, leaving the Forgotten One with... one health. The blast damage took care of the other units, as the Scavo Chemist and the Lava Spider couldn't handle the heat! See the full battle here!
