SEC and CFTC in Tussle to control crypto in US

After being unable to ban crypto, there is a tussle between the CFTC and SEC regarding crypto in the US, where both are making regulations in their own way.

The interesting thing is that the current chairman of the SEC, Gary Gensler, is also the former chairman of the CFTC. Gary recently told Fox News that CFTC is working much more than its capacity in the field of crypto. From this, it can be inferred that the CFTC is engaged in this field with full force, but the SEC is overconfident.
