SDNY Court dismisses lawsuit against OpenAI

A lawsuit was filed by Raw Story Media and AlterNet against OpenAI for ChatGPT's violation of the DMCA Act, but they could not convince Judge Colleen McMahon of the South District of New York Court. The judge has dismissed the lawsuit.
