If there is a question of which one is worse: the SEC or the CFTC, which one will you choose?

This is my personal opinion: CFTC is the worst. By fining crypto firms and their executives, the SEC has done worse to the US crypto industry, but the CFTC has done worse to the global crypto industry. The $4.7 billion penalty on Binance and sending CZ to jail were also the work of the CFTC.
