Tether is Going back to Ethereum

Yesterday Tether minted 2B USDT tokens, which was happened at Ethereum, but the story did not stop there. In few hours after minting, Tether informed that more than 2B of USDT tokens from TRC20, AVAX, NEAR, CELO, and EOS will be chain swapped to Ethereum. Tether has coordinated with an unnamed 3rd party exchange for this.

We know that Tether started its USDT pack on Ethereum, is it moving back to ETH? If yes, then other chains like OP (which I use for Publish0X ETH) will be next.
