Ecosystem Agent Program

The Astar Ecosystem Agent program is designed to assist and mentor community members looking to raise their contributions to Astar Network and our communities. By fostering education, driving adoption, and making meaningful connections within the blockchain ecosystem, Agents aspire to become influential advocates, educators, and facilitators. Their goal is to ensure the sustainable growth and decentralization of our ecosystem.

The program is inclusive and open to all, welcoming developers, investors, beginners, crypto-currency experts, content creators, event organizers, and more. The main requirement is to channel your passion and skills to support Astar network and contribute to our community's vibrant ecosystem.

The program has two main tracks:

• General Agent, focused on user and project acquisition and support, as well as Astar visibility;
• Technical Agent, focused on providing technical support to builders, technology specialists, and building products and tools on our blockchain;

Responsibilities & Missions

Being an agent means being officially recognized as a representative of the Astar Network and its ecosystem. This role carries a responsibility to uphold the Astar name and its values.

Agents must have a solid understanding of Astar's vision and stay informed of the latest developments. They must be able to contribute effectively to the growth as they play an essential role in the expansion and education of Astar communities. They actively engage with community members, share information, and promote a supportive learning environment.

Agents are encouraged to play an active role in the Astar ecosystem. This includes participating in governance discussions, contributing ideas, and interacting with projects that build on Astar. By engaging in these activities, agents contribute to the sustainability of the ecosystem.

Agents have the opportunity to engage in various facets of the network, covering community management, content creation, event organization, and roles such as business development for onboarding projects or developer for building products. The foundation gives them the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals and actively contribute to Astar's growth.

Application Process

The application process for the Ecosystem Agent program is simple and focuses on the motivations and contributions of candidates. As the program is open, anyone wishing to join can express their interest via Astar's Discord community channels.

Once their interest has been expressed, candidates, known in Astar as Comets, are guided through the application process by an existing agent or a member of the core team. Comets are encouraged to contribute to Astar by creating various content such as articles, videos, podcasts and graphics that highlight Astar's technology. They can also become actively involved in the community, helping others to use Astar products and organizing virtual or in-person events.
