1️⃣ You need to have Subwallet downloaded on your mobile phone or as extension

Get it on http://subwallet.app/download.html?lang=1

All these steps are also valid on the webapp http://web.subwallet.app

Create a Polkadot account (new or by importing an existing one)

2️⃣ The preliminary steps to bridge MANTA, from Manta Pacific to Manta Atlantic network, have to be done on desktop at https://app.manta.network/manta/bridge

3️⃣ Once bridged on Manta Atlantic, you need to cross-chain your MANTA to Bifrost-Polkadot network.

Look for MANTA in the "Tokens" list (turn ON the network in settings if necessary), select it to open the token details, and click on "Send"

4️⃣ Transfer (cross-chain) your MANTA from Manta Atlantic to Bifrost-Polkadot.

Select your account, click "Next", input the amount on the next page and confirm the Transfer by signing the tx.

👉 Your MANTA are now on Bifrost ready to be staked ✅

5️⃣ Let's proceed to Liquid staking now, click on the "Earnings" tab.

If you already have some, they will be displayed, if you want to start to improve your capital use then click on the "➕" to create an new position

6️⃣ The Earning options are displayed.

- You can liquid stake your DOT

- You can liquid stake your MANTA

👉 Let's liquid💧stake our MANTA . Click on "MANTA"

7️⃣ The MANTA earning options are displayed.

You have direct nomination on Manta Atlantic: min. stake is 700+ $MANTA currently and keep increasing ↗️

or

You have Liquid staking with Bifrost : min. stake = 1 $MANTA 🥳

👉 Choose this option

8️⃣ Input your MANTA amount to be staked, starting from 1 single MANTA, and click on "Stake"

As you see with the warning:

❕Keep some $MANTA for the gas fees, at least 0.2 MANTA ❕

We have flexible fees on Bifrost so users can pay with $BNC, $DOT or $MANTA.

9️⃣ Approve the tx after reviewing the details and you should be successful ✅

Congrats you are holding $vMANTA, your staking is auto-compounding now 😘

🔟 You can now return to your Earning details 👀

- "Unstake" to get your $MANTA back

- "Stake more" to increase your staking

- Accounts info displays your $vMANTA balance and the corresponding staked MANTA
