I see your proposal, and you really have a wealth of information, and it's taken quite a while to understand what you're presenting. You mention contributions from several years ago, and below I want to share some observations:

  1. For a research institute that has been operating in crypto for 9 years and Polkadot for 6, it's surprising that you don't have a website. Could you please share it? I apologize if I couldn't find it among so much information.

  2. I would like to know, in addition to the founder, who the main participants are and the profiles of the key contributors over the past few years. I ask this because I would like to understand the team that has been carrying out all this work.

  3. In your 2024 report, although extensive, I see that it is composed of news that have happened, as well as the interactions available on your X account. Could you share some of the original productions you have produced for Polkadot Ecosystem as a research institute?

  4. And regarding the daily and monthly reports, could you share metrics related to the engagement generated by that content?

  5. Regarding OneBlock activities, could you be more specific about your role or contributions to those activities?

Your work during this time seems important. I suggest organizing it a little better so it can be reviewed more quickly. Best regards.

Thank you for thoroughly reviewing our application report and providing this feedback. We consider this a responsible approach and a genuine contribution to treasury development. Below are our responses to your comments:

  1. Sorry, we currently do not have a dedicated website. Our content is primarily published on various media platforms, each with its own website, where our followers engage with us. Operating a standalone website would introduce additional costs—such as technical development and maintenance—posing new challenges and increasing treasury expenses. Therefore, we focus on research and content creation, distributing materials directly through existing platforms.
  2. This is a great question. As shown in the personnel expenses table, we have at least six team members. The core founders include zouyang and Charile, both senior researchers with nine years of experience in the crypto industry. They have been early contributors to Polkadot’s ecosystem. While other team members have seen some turnover over the years (as maintaining long-term stability is challenging), we have a robust training system that ensures we consistently onboard suitable replacements. Overall, our core team has remained stable and unchanged.
  3. We produce a significant volume of original content, so only select examples were included in the report. However, you can find links to additional articles in our feedback report, such as this detailed spreadsheet covering the past six months. All other original reports/articles are accessible via the feedback document.
  4. Metrics for our daily and monthly reports are available on our official Twitter. Daily updates are posted on weekdays, with monthly summaries at the beginning of each month. Engagement figures vary, but average readership consistently exceeds 1k. We also distribute these reports across 10+ WeChat groups (China’s largest communication platform).
  5. We’ve partnered with and supported OneBlock for many years. For events, we typically provide:
    • Media promotion (via mainstream platforms like WeChat/Twitter),
    • Dedicated preview articles (to attract hackathon participation),
    • Community outreach (WeChat groups/Telegram),
    • WeChat Moments reposts. For offline events, we assist on-site as needed. These efforts consistently drive developer engagement, with many joining Substrate development through our channels.

The above addresses your feedback in detail. We hope it offers a clearer understanding of our work. Admittedly, a single report cannot fully capture all our activities or achievements, but we’ve highlighted core aspects for efficiency. For further specifics, we’re happy to address them in the comments.
