KILT Launch Process - From Go-live to Decentralisation

After becoming the 7th parachain on Kusama, Kilt Protocol has revealed their launching process, which includes 3 specific phases.

Recently, their team has begun onboarding their global network of collators - the one holding and securing the data of KILT blockchain and build blocks. After that, they would make their first runtime upgrade to introduce Governance and Treasury.

For the 2nd phase, Governance will be tested internally, which leads to the next runtime upgrade. KILT functionalities like Decentralised Identifiers (DIDs) and Verifiable Credentials will be added in this upgrade.

Finally, when testing of KILT functionalities and the complete system is concluded, the Sudo key will be removed and the decentralisation can be reached.
