With the enactment of Referendum 301 and runtime upgrade to v1’000’000, old Democracy (Gov1) locks have been removed. Note that this upgrade did NOT remove locks for old Treasury Proposals; this is a known issue and is being worked. https://kusama.polkassembly.io/referenda/301

This runtime upgrade also includes BEEFY; all validators should rotate their keys and set them on-chain to include BEEFY keys, and ensure they do not have the “—no-beefy” flag set.
