The Polkadot Council has passed Motion 393, to fix an incorrectly enacted Referendum and correctly reset the Watr parachain genesis block. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/motion/393

Referendum 112, proposing to immediately increase the number of validators in the active set to 500, is failing with 25% in favor and 3 days left to vote. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referendum/112

Referendum 114, proposing to onboard a Bridge Hub system parachain to Polkadot, is currently passing with 99% in favor and 13 days left to vote. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referendum/114

Referendum 115, proposing to open three new HRMP channels between Statemint and Bitgreen/Subsocial/Manta, is passing unanimously with 19 days left to vote. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referendum/115

Kusama News

With four days left in the current parachain lease auction, Quartz has been in the lead the majority of the Ending Period, although Basilisk was also briefly in the lead. https://parachains.info/auctions/kusama
