Referendum 983, upgrading the People Chain to runtime 1.2.7, allowing migration of identity from the relay chain, and then unblocking calls for public use, has confirmed. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/983

Enactment is tomorrow (25 July, block 21’800’000) and the unblock call will occur three days (43’200 blocks) later.
