Acala Network has released version 0.8.0 of Chopsticks. Chopsticks allows you to create a “parallel universe” of an active Substrate chain, so that you can test the results of extrinsics against the current state. https://github.com/AcalaNetwork/chopsticks/releases/tag/0.8.0
