Referendum 122, registering KSM as an asset on the Polkadot Asset Hub, has passed and executed. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/122

As part of Referendum 122, KSM was also made sufficient, which means that an account can hold KSM without also holding the ED of 0.1 DOT. https://wiki.polkadot.network/docs/learn-assets#creation-and-management
