FBI Saves the Day! $6M in Crypto Scams Frozen with a Little Help from Tether!

The FBI just recovered $6M in crypto from investment scams targeting Americans. The recover was possible with the help of Tether who froze some of the scammers wallets.

The major problems in the crypto space are hackers and scammers who always evolve when it comes to steal money from their victims, and those investment frauds coming from east Asia are dominating the ecosystem with several people saying that what made them lose money was their desire to have more.

American's were lured to believe that the investment they were on was legit, spending millions on them and, in the end was another millionaire scam. It's a worry situation when you realize that most of scams related this year's are from fraudulent investments. According to this post, scams are 71% on the investment sector.
