Polkadot Whitelisted Caller Referendum 1322 aims to use root privileges to rebond 125,688 of at-risk DOT, which will give the Parallel community 28 additional days to explore possible solutions.

• An address linked to the Parallel Finance attacker has responded by submitting Polkadot Root Referendum 1326, which proposes an on-chain remark requesting that sudo privileges not be returned to the Parallel Finance team. This is based on allegations that they have been attempting to pull off a sophisticated rug-pull since April of this year.

• Moonriver Referendum 64 proposes to redirect 80% of Parachain Bond Reserve (PBR) inflation to the treasury to fund future ecosystem growth. Presently, Moonriver targets 5% inflation (1.5% to PBR, 1% to collators, 2.5% to stakers). If Referendum 64 passes, the PBR allocation would reduce to 0.3%, with 1.2% going to the treasury.

• Referendum 132 on Acala governance is requesting 130k ACA for the Fufuture On-Chain Trading Competition to offer as rewards and airdrops. In addition, it is seeking a 500k ACA loan to provide liquidity to the Fufuture ACA pool. Fufuture recently integrated with Acala and launched a BTC and ETH Perpetual DEX.

• The Polkadot Roots Miami Happy Hour on Tuesday November 26th was a fun and casual networking event with a special guest from the Inter Miami CF team.
• On November 26th, Polimec hosted another edition of Crypto Nights in Zug, Switzerland featuring Radha Dasari (Web3 Foundation), Lukas Schor (Safe), and Joe Petrowski (Web3 Foundation).
