So you might be asking yourself why we’re making an announcement for these? Great question. 
	
First as you might expect, both Shibanners and Shibits will be fully minted 100% original NFTs created by the wildly talented and talentedly wild Tako and Yaki. Very cool… but both have additional hidden utility. 
	
Shibanners will do all the cool things banners do, like sit up at the top of your page and look pretty, or show off to everyone how much you love good doggos. Additionally, upon the launch of the Shiba Tales game, Shibanners will grant things like stat boosts and other upgrades to give you an edge in your quest to power the Infinity Triangle. The stats granted by Shibanners will vary depending on rarity, but you can always break down several more common Shibanners in exchange for rare Shibanners, or even - L E G E N D A R Y - Shibanners. A little kanaria bird told me that these shibanners provide a suitable pocket di'mansion for the lil shibits.....

Shibanners are great, and we can’t wait to show you all the exciting things we have in store for them and Shiba Tales as a whole. Introducing: Shibanners and Shibits

### Foreword
This post was a long time coming but hello, world! Yaki here, reporting from inside the mad house known as the Infinity Triangle (IT). With RMRK 2.0 nearing the horizon, we've put together this detailed post on what we've been up to at Shiba Tales HQ and all of the cool things that will happen soon.

### Who are you guys anyway?
Behind the scenes of the IT is Tako and me, Yaki. We have only really been part of the crypto space since the beginning of 2021, but opportunities started to open up for Shiba Tales through our involvement with the Kusama community and collaborating with the RMRK team on various artistic endeavours. 

IRL, we have 2 cream coloured Shibas named Yuki and Jubilee, but after 14 amazing years of companionship, Yuki departed this physical plane on 4/20/2021. Tako and I have been rocked with so much emotion and “silver lining” blessings from this painful event, and the most important gift was finally launching our Web3.0 project Shiba Tales as a homage to Yuki, who would have wanted us to finish what we started 10 years ago. Even though Yuki isn’t here anymore, he is very much alive in our hearts and on the blockchain! Yuki has been reincarnated as the captain of the IT, Yaki, and all of the shibalings have been appropriately named to be some derivative of Yaki from many Japanese dishes (Takoyaki, Yakiniku, etc…).

### What is the Infinity Triangle?
The Infinity Triangle is a spacecraft that encases a multi-dimensional doorway to other worlds and time periods. Tako and Yaki have met EIGHT new comrades this way, and together all of the shibalings must work together to help Yaki navigate the IT safely across an intergalactic map. Since there is no real source of energy aboard the ship to power it up and make it move long distances, Tako and Yaki sought an alternative fuel source from within the IT. It didn’t take long for the shibros to discover that the spacecraft responds really well to music and dancing as a source of rocket fuel (but not as good as real fuel)!

### What is Bailego and what can I use it for?
Bailego is what powers the Infinity Triangle; you can say that it is the language of the spacecraft. The word comes from “baile" (‘dance’ in Spanish) and ”go” (‘language’ in Japanese); the term was heavily influenced by Tako and Yaki’s past lives as dance fitness instructors. Bailego can be obtained through interacting with the ship and with other shiba avatars. Other Bailego uses:

* Governance token—guiding the Infinity Triangle on where to go to next (story and tech wise) with your vote
* LP and staking opportunities on distant worlds
* Voting on the following month’s musical set
* Purchasing items and equipment for your shibaling avatar
* Upgrading dance radicals so that they are more powerful and land a higher score
* Levelling up the shibalings to unlock new features on the IT and new dance skills
* Dance battling others!

### So Shiba Tales is a game…..?
Shiba Tales is a lot of things but it started out as a digital comic between 2 Shiba inus, Yuki and Jubilee. It has since grown into a full-blown Web3.0 dancing game dApp in the browser, all influenced by the RMRK 2.0 NFT protocol. The dance choreography that users mint with Bailego are nested NFTs—each song’s choreography consists of dance “radicals”—in Japanese language, Kanji characters are constructed with these radicals, tiny pictograms, that when combined with other pictograms, produce a new word. In Shiba Tales, radicals are the building blocks for more complicated and rare dance combinations; interestingly, these NFTs can also be dismantled for their radicals using special salvaging tools that can be purchased with Bailego. In the future, users will be able to create their own choreography using any of the dance radicals in their arsenal!

### Who are the stars of Shiba Tales?
The shibalings are all unique, but they come from the same Shiba Tales colour palette. The names are derived from fried Japanese foods (hence, “Yaki”). Coincidentally, each shibaling’s favourite food is based on this info, so when fed to the appropriate shibaling, they will gain some experience because you satiated their hunger!

Here’s a cool fact about the shibalings: when it’s time to impress the Infinity Triangle with dance moves and offer up rhythmic energy, every Shiba specialises in at least one dance rhythm, and the newer shibalings add a multiplier bonus to the final dance score (more info on this in a future post). The result is a super-charged dance number that nets rewards based on the final performance score! The shibalings call this “choreoke”, which is like karaoke but with dancing.

### Closing thoughts
Our current promo for the debut of these new cast members has begun! Tako is listing those NFTs now with a floor price of .213 $KSM. Collectors and Shiba Tales supporters will be able to claim Bailego tokens from ANY Shiba Tales NFT if you’ve purchased from one of our previous collections. This functionality is all coming soon in a future UI, so in the meantime HODL those shibamojis! Current supporters and Shiba holders will be airdropped art rewards and Bailego from time to time. We are super excited to roll out the full gaming mechanics behind Shiba Tales. Dear Fearless Travellers,

We here inside the Infinity Triangle (IT) are continuously blown away by the amount of support that we have received from the Dotsama and RMRK communities. Tako and I count ourselves lucky to be surrounded by such generous and innovative creators, collaborators, crypto enthusiasts, and collectors, many of whom we can now call our friends.

In order to focus our entire efforts successfully on our Shiba Tales [starmap](https://app.subsocial.network/@shibatales/shiba-tales-light-paper-26894) in Q1 2022, Tako and I have decided to terminate the Shibamoji project: no longer shall the act of minting take place after the 25th day of December, 2021 (this Saturday), however we will still be minting occasionally in our other unlimited collections. The Grand Finale shall culminate on the 12th Day of Shibas with our beloved Saint Shiba. As a true act of love, this last Shibamoji will be given away for FREE to one of the current holders of the 12 Days of Shibas. Furthermore, the unsold 12 Days of Shibas will all have a 50% markdown so that more fans can ape into this raffle.

Along with being able to access the interior of the IT spacecraft and many of its mysterious Portrals, Shibamoji holders will receive a multiplier to their stats that enhance final dance scores. Holders also enjoy a weighted vote in Infinity Trials, events that guide the ship's course. Finally, $BAILEGO will be airdropped to all Shibamoji holders sometime in 2022 once I figure out all the bugs, but a snapshot will take place on the last day of the year. $BAILEGO is used to complete a variety of transactions on the IT such as purchasing, voting, minting, mining, and salvaging.

Tako and I will create a new Limited Collection embedded with RMRK 2.0 magic in 2022. Details on drop date, collection size, and content are still being worked out. The End of SHIBAMOJI: 12 Days of Shibas Grand Finale

# Happy Shibit!
Good news everyone! We made it through another year. :D To start things off right at Shiba Tales HQ, we have decided to honor fellow artists on Singular with this mini collaboration event involving shibits called The Twelve Days of Shibits. Originally it was mean to coincide with @DanceTako's Twelve Days of Shibas Christmas event, but because of holi-delays we are starting the event now!

## What are Shibits?
Shibits are a major component of our game. They represent 1 of the 10 shibalings in Shiba Tales. Each shiba specialises in several [dance rhythms](https://app.subsocial.network/@shibatales/dawn-of-shiba-tales-and-the-bailego-19645). To participate in a dance number, you must form a party of 3 unique shibalings to cover the required rhythm parameters that is specified for each song.

## The Twelve Days
Everyday, a new Shibit will drop on [Singular](https://singular.rmrk.app). Some will have a collaboration attached to them, and some will not. The minimum price of these babies is 2 $KSM with an artist split, although some artists have chosen to list at higher prices to reflect the value of their own work in this collaboration. While most of the Twelve shibit drops will be listed right away, there are some that will only be minted and not listed. These drops have special properties attached to them, like if an artist plans to auction their collaboration work, or if another artist has a promotional event later in the year (regardless, we will airdrop the corresponding shibit to the winner/collector). As always, all collaborators will be airdropped a copy of their shibit as a special thank you from us!

## The Winner
CONGRATULATIONS to @WildDotAppeared with the top bid of 3 $KSM. Luis has been an avid supporter of the dotsama and RMRK communities since the beginning of this year, and it just so happens that one of his favourite shibas is our one and only Niku, which is who the skull is supposed to represent. 

Tako is currently working on a 3D print of the skull as an added gift bonus for the winning bid. The printer is primed and the design has been loaded. Fingers crossed that the print will be a hole-in-one (it doesn't mess up and thus have to be reprinted)! Looking forward to share the finished product here.

What a fantastic double feature! For those of you who don't know, Sailor Moon Eternal is a 2-part movie now featured on Netflix. It really did stay true to the manga, which included allllll the visual details of the minor characters not present in the anime. The movie goes through the story quite fast so it does feel a bit rushed, which is a stark contrast to its light-hearted and joke-filled television sitcom counterpart. ## PROJECT OVERVIEW
Shiba Tales is an in-browser dance-to-earn blockchain video game, where players can assemble, collect, discover, equip, and trade Radical Dance Moves (RDM for short) onto one of 10 shiba inu avatars. 

$BAILÉGO is the token required to pay for transactions on the Infinity Triangle--a multi-dimensional, sentient starship stranded in space. $BAILÉGO is the love language of the ship and the mode of communication between it and the shibalings. "Dancergy" (dance energy) produces $BAILÉGO, which the shibas use to maintain and improve the ship, and propel it slowly across the universe. 

The shibalings are looking for the ultimate fuel source for the ship, which lies at the very far edges of space in a galaxy known as GM-420; since dogs cannot fly spaceships they must rely on the player to help them.
