Moonriver Launch Process update

1/ Moonbeam Network just announced Moonriver, its community-led sister network on Kusama Network , has completed the initial step of its five-phase launch process

2/ The process of producing blocks on Kusama has now been completed, and Moonriver has now entered Phase One, during which the network will begin to decentralize and add community-led collators to the active set.

3/ The network's block production will be taken over by community-run collators. Moonriver is the 1st live parachain with an open, permissionless collator set driven by a bespoke parachain staking pallet, which is necessary for network decentralization & censorship resistance.

4/ During phase 1, their team needs to make sure this decentralized collator set is working well with Moonriver, Kusama Relay Chain and its validators.
