A Brief Update on the (DAO)
I would like to write something longer, but am engrossed in (game) pre-production and teaching myself (all) that I (still) don’t know about Unity and C#.
(which is a lot)
The most important thing to share is that we’re officially declaring our (nonprofit) intent.
What does that mean?
It means that if you’re interested in supporting us, you should do it because of what we bring to the community and offer to the culture. It means that all (DAO) staking rewards will go back into funding game and (d)app development. It means that, if we can afford to pay me, my salaries fixed. It means if you like the art you can download it for free instead of buying the NFT…
With that in mind, if you’d still like to support us, follow along on twitter and if you’re not just in it for the profit, either, then consider becoming a member-owner of the (DAO) with purchase of one of our early NFTs.
Even if you are in it for the profit, consider giving us some support. Why?
Metaphorically speaking, think of us also as a guerilla marketing agency. But instead of stickers at SWSX we’re making something unique in the ecosystem (the theoretical and experimental: "decorative data visualizer").
When finished and in it’s final form (maybe 12+ months, arbitrarily speaking) as a marketing project it offers new and novel use cases for NFTs using both Unity and Polkadot SDK which hit in the real world; a use case which targets demographics in both the fine art and normie spaces, creating marketing touches that both enhance and expand the awareness of Polkadot in conjunction with current potential marketing initiatives (Meme coins, Berlin taxis, F1, Soccer training kits, etc.)
I could go on but the rest will have to wait.
I need to go eat food, and then get back to work. I’ll probably go ride my bike, too, and touch grass if I’m lucky but (hopefully) not at the same time while also falling and going fast.
Wish me luck!
